About Me

My interest in photography started in high school when my father loaned me his Canon AE1 film camera for a photography class. A few years later, my mother gave me a DSLR camera as a gift for my nineteenth birthday. Soon, my camera became a loyal companion, joining me during my travels and studies abroad. As I developed snapshots from my adventures, I quickly developed a passion and curiosity in capturing the stories of people and places around me. Photography has since been a creative outlet for me to learn about people and places with which I am not familiar.

As my close friends and family began to achieve important life milestones, my passion for photography evolved to an outlet that could celebrate those incredible moments. From engagements to weddings to maternity and newborn shoots, I have seen beautiful families grow before my eyes and through the lens.  I hope to have the opportunity to work with you and your loved ones, as well.
